Randy O'Donnell

Principal

Randy co-founded O’Donnell/Snider Construction with Trey Snider in 1991. Over the past 25 years in business, the company has grown to over 100 employees and completed thousands of successful commercial construction projects.

Prior to the creation of his company and in the years since, Randy has honed his construction skills across a wide variety of industries, with projects spanning healthcare, corporate interiors, new construction, industrial, retail and country clubs. His over 30 years of experience have included projects that run the gamut of size and scope from $500,000 to over $20 Million.

Sean Salinas

Principal / Vice President

Sean joined the O’Donnell/Snider Construction team in 2002. In his 14 year career, Sean has successfully managed the construction of more than 2,000,000 square feet of corporate interiors. He is driven to take on challenges, developing a unique plan for every client and then executing it to perfection.
